Dibbendu Mondal established Liberal Social Association for Disabled and Education (LSADE) with the vision of empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and underprivileged communities through skill development, education, livelihood promotion, and employment opportunities. Under the Dibbendu Mondal leadership, LSADE has emerged as a training and social development organization working towards inclusive growth and sustainable employment. As a registered training provider under Utkarsh Bangla, LSADE focuses on creating equal opportunities for persons with disabilities by providing industry-relevant training, placement support, and social empowerment initiatives.

Mr. Arijit Ghosh - President of LSADE provides strategic leadership and guidance to the organization in achieving its mission of empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and marginalized communities through education, skill development, livelihood promotion, and employment opportunities. Under the President's leadership, LSADE has been actively engaged in implementing skill development and placement-linked training programs, collaborating with government departments, corporate organizations, and community stakeholders to promote social inclusion and economic empowerment.

Ms. Jyoti Sharma - Learning & Development (L&D) Head at LSADE is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring skill development and capacity-building programs for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and other marginalized communities. The role ensures that training programs are industry-aligned, accessible, and focused on improving employability and sustainable livelihood opportunities. LSADE works in the field of skill development, education, and employment promotion for Persons with Disabilities and disadvantaged groups, including through government-supported training initiatives.
