About LSADE
Liberal Social Association for Disabled and Education (LSADE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and socially disadvantaged communities through skill development, education, employment, and livelihood initiatives. LSADE works towards creating an inclusive society where every individual has equal access to learning, skill enhancement, and sustainable employment opportunities. The organization focuses on bridging the gap between talent and opportunity by providing industry-relevant training, career guidance, and placement support. LSADE is recognized as a training provider under the Government of West Bengal's skill development framework through the Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development (PBSSD) and Utkarsh Bangla program. Public records list LSADE as a registered training provider with multiple training centres in Kolkata, Dum Dum, and Rajarhat.
