王筱梅全國百篇優秀博士學位論文獲得者,全國“三八”紅旗手,江蘇省政協委員。山東大學兼職博士生導師,中國化學會有機固體專業委員會委員。

主持國家自然基金項目5項,省/部/市廳級項目近30項,發表SCI論文近百篇,獲授權發明專利22項;獲教育部自然科學研究二等獎和中石化技術發明三等獎各1項,主編《有機光電材料與器件》(省重點教材)和《有機光電材料與器件實驗》兩部教材,指導的本科生和研究生曾獲江蘇省優秀本科生論文二等獎和省優秀碩士學位論文獎。
